Default For the present scenario of crooked politics in worldis there any need

of changing the criteria for election? MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL FOR STAND IN AN ELECTION SHOULD GRADUATE LEVEL .THAT IS A PERSON SHOULD BE A GRADUATE ,TO STAND IN AN ELECTION.AND MORE POINTS IN VOTE SHOULD BE GIVEN TO THOSE VOTES WHICH ARE GIVEN BY THE PEOPLES BELOW POVERTYLINE.THAT IS IF SOME ONE WHO IS ABOVE PROVERTY LINE WILL GIVE A VOTE TO A CANDIDATE IS CONSIDERED AS ONE POINT THEN THE VOTE GIVEN BY A PERSON WHO IS BELOW POVERTYLINE WILL BE TAKEN AS 10 TO 20 POINTS.AND AFTER CALCULATING ALL POINTS THE WINNER SHOULD BE SELECTED AS LEADER IN POLITICAL PARTIES AS WELL AS ALL POLITICAL SYSTEM.tHIS WILL EFFECT FOR THE DEVELOPEMENT OF SOCITY AND SMOOTH RUNNING OF WORLD.PLEASE GIVE COMMENTS ON THIS TOPIC.

People who live below the poverty line are generally there because of a lack of education, or a lack of work ethic, or both. They are not there accidentally or coincidentally.

So essentially what you're saying is you want the governance of the country to be put entirely into the hands of uneducated, lazy people.

Brilliant plan.

There is nothing new about crooked politics. This area of human endeavor has been crooked since one person found that he could lie to another and get away with it.

Your requirements for voter qualification smacks of discrimination and it is unconstitutional even if not discriminitory.
ALL U.S. citizens, with very few exceptions, who have reached the age of 18 have a right and a duty to cast their ballots in every election held.
The _real_ problem with our political system is voter apathy. If _all_ would get off their laurels and go to the polls at every election, then the 'will of the people' could be truly heard.
As it is, only the committed (and those who -should BE committed-) are heard.
