Sure it's possible to believe that.

A very poor religion would have its followers think like that.

I would escape it by not believing it.

Just for the record, I don't believe that "god" loves or hates me. I don't believe I'm doomed to hell, nor do I think I'm bound for heaven. I don't know if there's anything I can do about that, but I do know I'm alive now, and I can do pretty much whatever I choose.

God is love and loves even the worst sinner. It is man that can not forgive. If you have committed a sin the first step is to admit it, the repent and get baptized in the name of Jesus Christ and then the gift of the holy Ghost is a promise to you.

Well all I know is that God used to love me. But then I ruined it and I am almost positive he really hates my friggen guts now. So I am pretty much doomed. And I deserve it. So oh well...

This is not possible.

God loves human beings and He wants people to live with Him in Heaven by sending the Messiah to spread the gospel so that the people who believe in the Messiah would go to Heaven. God did many things to help us in our daily lives, if He hates us, He can easily send us to Hell straight away.

That's basically what I get out Christianity...

The God of the Old Testament is one vile evil murderous cruel fascist dictator, think Darth Vader... who sends his good son Jesus/Luke Skywalker to save us from himself.

Why doesn't the church tell the christians the truth? Cause nobody would worship this cruel fascist god if they knew the truth, and nobody would want to worship the son he had tortured and killed either....that's why.

well, thats how most christians try and make people feel... maybe you guys could cut down on that kinda stuff eh? maybe lay off the gay people or the athiests a bit? (im not gay btw, i just dont like how christians treat them)
