I need a website for this online magazine, probably will store a lot, and we suck at coding...so we will need an online CMS, like drupal, to help us out.

We are on a limited budget. I've heard there's free hosting out there, and you just have to pay for the domain name, comes out to $6/year.
Anyone know the names of any reliable hosts that fit this description - or close to this description?

If you want cheap and good web hosting for your site, then be aware of those hosts who offers a lot of space, bandwidth for extremely low price (Want some examples ? Take a look at Host Gator, Dream Host, Lunar Pages 's plans). They will just rip your money off and terminate your account with a "You have used too much resource reason"

I am not sure if you can afford this or not, but take a look at A Small Orange's plans, they are not too high (But of course higher than those oversellers) and I believe they are very reliable. As long as you follow their TOS, you don't have to worry about anything (I suggest that you try the Tiny plan first to see how your website going, then upgrade later)
